# apt-get -s remove linux-base
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
The following package was automatically installed and is no longer required:
  libuuid-perl
Use 'apt-get autoremove' to remove it.
The following packages will be REMOVED:
  linux-base linux-image-3.2.0-4-686-pae linux-image-686-pae
0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 3 to remove and 10 not upgraded.
Remv linux-image-686-pae [3.2+46]
Remv linux-image-3.2.0-4-686-pae [3.2.60-1+deb7u3]
Remv linux-base [3.5]

Lo podemos añadir a cualquier acción con apt-get o aptitude:

# aptitude -s upgrade
The following packages will be upgraded:
  apt apt-utils bash libapt-inst1.5 libapt-pkg4.12 libnss3 libnss3-1d libvirt0 libxenstore3.0 rsyslog
10 packages upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded.
Need to get 7,945 kB of archives. After unpacking 62.5 kB will be freed.
